• Subject: I work from your photos (cell phone pics are fine), or I can visit the location if it’s nearby.​
• Design: We’ll decide together on the size, medium, framing options, and any shipping details.​
• Payment: A 50% deposit is due at the start, with the balance due when your painting is finished.​
• Pricing: Commissions vary based on size, level of detail, and framing preferences. Please reach out to discuss your project and receive a personalized estimate.
